I took my car to the mechanic today to change the fuel filter. After 2 hours of work he says he still couldnt unscrew the lower nut (fuel intake?). Packed everything back the way it is. Any advice?
The nut is all battered from him trying to take it off but it still wouldn't budge. (It's a 7AFE btw) -------------------- You say you love flowers but you pick them, You say you love animals but you eat them, I fear the day you'll tell me you love me.

Finally found a mechanic who can tell his elbow from his arse.
He managed to take it off in half an hour with A LOT of swearing (especially swearing the previous idiots). So yes, it was a hell's task to take it off but just as hard to find somebody who can actually do it. Thanks for the hints and tips, folks. -------------------- You say you love flowers but you pick them, You say you love animals but you eat them, I fear the day you'll tell me you love me.
