Hi.
I've had my st205 for 2 years and i have just started to notice a stutter when acceleration. I have got a Blitz sbc id boost controller set to 15psi.I can feel a stutter under hard acceleration and it's also evident but not as bad when accelerating slowly. What seems to happen is,as the boost rises at around 2500rpm the acceleration drops off for less than a second and then it comes back and it accelerates hard. Any idea's? I'm not sure if the 2 problems are related but the other night when i was driving i opened the car up in 3rd, the car was around 5000 revs and the car completely dropped off.For a second i thought it was stuffed however it came straight back up again. It was like the fuel cut defender had cut in, however there was no error codes and the boost controller had not gone passed the previous peak of 15.2psi. |

sounds like its overboosting, mine behaves like this.. except not because I have a boost controller but because my wastegate is stuffed.
Except my gauge goes up to about 1.25bar when it does that ... According to google it's 1.25 bar = 18.1297172 pounds per square inch Oh, I noticed you were posting about some other problems in regards to your boost controller. I thought I'd let you know that the engine computer has its own boost controller aswell, hence there is two ports on the wastegate actuator instead of 1 -------------------- Mike W
