talked to local dealer and they say its not available. i asume this is the same for any dealer?

If you want one just for looks then you can get one from the GT4OC pretty easily or from here (see above)
However if you want one to be functional then forget the standard one as its about as rigid as limp spaghetti. Better off going for a cusco one or similar, costs alot more but it will actually do something.
