I AM IN THE BEGGINING STAGES OF DOING A 3SGTE ENGINE SWAP IN MY
94ST MT AND I WAS WONDERING IF ANY ONE OUT THERE HAS USED A STAND ALONE ENGINE MANAGEMENT. I AM LOOKING INTO GETTING A ELECTROMOTIVE TEC3 SYSTEM THAT IS A FULL SYSTEM COMPLETE WITH CUSTOM WIRING HARNESS SO THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO HUNT DOWN THE WIRING HARNESS BECAUSE I DID NOT GET A FRONT CLIP I JUST HAVE THE ENGINE. ALSO CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF THE MR2 MANUAL TRANS. FIT IN MY CELICA WITHOUT PROBLEMS BECUSE I HEARD THAT THE 5SFE TRANS. WILL BOLT UP, BUT IS WEAK. SORRY FOR ALL THE QUESTION I WAS PLANNING TO DO THAT SWAP IN SPRING ALTHOUGH I THREW A ROD ON 7AFE ![]() BODY SHOP AND WANT TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE SOON. -------------------- If anyone is missing NASCAR and it's not on Speed Channel, take a fistful of Skittles, throw them in the toilet and hit the flush handle.
