No mouseover for you.

I just ripped off and tore down all four calipers today and dropped them off for powdercoating. Just doing a red on the stock calipers. Surprisingly enough, for having 145K miles, only minimal parts need replacing. The front pin bushings need replacing, there was one torn boot on a rear pin bushing, and that's about it. All the shims and springs are good, the pistons and boots are fine, I was rather surprised.

SHould have them back on Sunday or Monday and back on Monday for sure as I'm back to work on Tuesday. Pic to come obviously.

Its a safety feature so that people like you don't end up killing themselves or everyone around them.

Will get back to you if I don't have any local luck. I'm dropping my wife off at her work (AutoZone) here shortly and am going to run in and see if by chance one of the LARGE brake calipers sets will work for it.
