Whats needed to keep it emissions legal?

So far as I know for WA emissions, as long as your setup is correct in such a way that it doesn't throw any codes, you should be good to go. Coomer, the guy who started this site, is from Yakima and had a completely swapped '94 w/no problems that I know of.
