For those that don't know, its in NorthEast Tennessee, just a few miles north of Knoxville
i know we have a long time ahead for the planning, I think the meet should be held in june or july like last year, i would like to have the meet start at a Autocross event,(we will figure out when they are having an event at that baseball field parkin lot), that way we can watch some runs/ race if u want to sorta thing, then after thats over, ride into pG and eat, then go into GB and ride around and take pics....... i liked the Cabin we got last year, but we didn't have enuf beds. that was a pretty nice place to meet up last year, in the big parking lot beside of fuddruckers, but we could always meet up at the Tanger Outlet mall there in case some people wanted to do some shoppin while we were there. just leaving the floor up for suggestions! We're also going to have to find somewhere to meet up ahead of time. After all, with that many people we don't want to have to change spots at the last minute like last time. Maybe we could meet at the GB visitors center(noticed the nice big parking lot), or at the Nascar go kart track(again, a really big lot). We should also start a phone # list(updated, I know mine's changed since last year) and those of us with radios(FRS or GRS) need them on, just in case we get booted from out spot again. |
