I'll say straight out, I'm a complete and utter newbie about cars and modding. But I loved my 92 Celica ST, so when the time came to get a new car, I went out and found a '99 Celica GT. I've only had it about 2 weeks now, but completely love it.
But I know from my research that due to CA emission laws, a lot of these had their HP dropped from 135 to 130. My car was originally a leased vehical in CA. I reside in GA though so I don't particularily care about CA laws Is there any easy way to get the HP back to the original 135, or am I going to be in for some heavy work to get it done? Is it even worth worrying about? How can I check to see where its at now? Sorry for the horde of questions, but this one's been eating at me for some reason. |

What kind of shops would have the capability of doing this, if I did try to go forward with it? Or is that part of the problem, no one does it?
