i have been wanting to get the fog lights for my ST but was wondering what would need to be done to have em wired up correctly and everytign

You will blow a fuse. Definitely. There are plenty of spots on the fusebox for options you don't have (unless your celica is fullllllllly loaded) Just pull a new circuit.
