I'd recommend KYB GR-2 struts, mounts, and boots wrapped with factory springs (if you don't want it lowered) [All prices taken from http://www.partstrain.com]:
(2) Front Struts - 115.64 (2) Front Mounts - 75.90 (2) Rear Struts - 103.90 (2) Rear Mounts - 117.44 (4) Boots - 51.48 (4) Springs - 234.16 (OEM); 200 (Eibach [Sport or Pro]) Total = 698.52 (w/ OEM Springs) /664.36 (with Eibachs) (before shipping) The cost for an OEM setup (all prices taken from Champion Toyota [http://www.toyotaworld.com]) is: (2) Front Struts - 205.04 (2) Front Mounts - 135.24 (2) Front Springs - 110.24 (2) Rear Struts - 268.06 (2) Rear Mounts - 217.94 (2) Rear Springs - 123.92 Total = $1060.44 (before shipping) Note the OEM setup is without boots and that the you can drop the price of the aftermarket stuff at PartsTrain using coupons. Also, you can get brand new sealed KYB GR-2 struts (2 front and 2 rear) for around $205 shipped and Eibach Sportline Springs for $200 shipped. If you do that and just buy the boots and mounts from PartsTrain for about $240 shipped (using a 10% off coupon) you can get everything for just a smidgen over 640 dollars.
