My first Celica had this same setup (KYB GR2/ GC coilover), and I liked how it rode. I set the coils to maybe a 1.5" drop. About 6 months after I installed them the shocks started crapping out. GR2's are OEM replacement shocks, so they're not meant to take much more than a stock spring, or a mild drop (which is why they're good for s-techs).
The other problem is since this is a coil&sleeve kit instead of a full coilover set you will get popping noises from the springs as you turn the wheel- because they have nothing to seat in on the struts, and aren't tall enough to fill the same space a traditional lowering spring does. I would only recommend the Ground Control coilovers if you're going to buy Koni shocks, because any less and you're simply waisting your money. When I get home I will post some pictures of my Celica with this setup. -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money
