 who knows computers?, need help |

okay... my computer got infected with this spyware and its really f-ing me up. i can't get rid of it with my yahoo anti-spy. and the spyware keeps advertising this antispy program that'll get rid of it. but of course its gonna cost an arm and a leg for me to buy their program that'll get rid of their own spyware. everytime i try to do a system restore... it says, "system restore has been turned off by group policy. to turn on system restore, contact your domain administrator." i tried system restore in safe mode but it still won't let me. help me please.

they still sell xp at frys for $129...and i happen to have a copy of the "win7 ultimate"

And Windows 7 was available for presale, but unless you ordered from the presale you wouldn't have it. And looking at fry's website they don't have XP, which means that if the stores have XP still they can't advertise that online because they're limited to stock on hand.
