 rear seat belt stuck |

Hi everyone,
The driver's side rear seat belt on my '96 Celica convertible has suddenly stopped working. It won't retract and won't pull out any farther either; it's just completely stuck where it is (plus or minus a quarter-inch or so of "give"). Has anyone had this trouble before? Is the belt twisted? I had the belt twisted in my vert, I had to take the side panel off and carefully retract and extend the belt (about a 1/2" at a time) until I got to the twist, then it retracted fine.

Thanks, ajlee. That was exactly it. I got to the base of the seat belt mechanism through the back seat instead of the side panel, but it was the same work from there.
