where's the best place to tap off for the power on the reverse glow gauges? got em in just wanna make sure that i get the wiring right. and the black wire just needs to run to ground right?

My gauges had a big warning about not getting power from the dimmer. It can burn out the transformer. The only safe way is to get power from the lead going to the dimmer knob not the controlled side coming out. |
