Does anyone know a way to change the colour of a headunit without buying a new 1? tried pulling it apart but the lights are not normal leds

I've changed out a lot of mine, but not all of them. They're slightly difficult to solder but I've gotten good at it over several years and devices of practice. As for the LCDs in the stock head unit.. not sure how those are lit up or if that could be changed.
