What do you guys think??
GT4 or EVO? I want to have a discussion about this without further hijacking Jim's thread from http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showto...1364&st=260 -------------------- Mike W

QUOTE Cons for Evo: They don't seem to look as aerodynamic (maybe) FMIC not W2A? Can't run 20psi on stock head & block? Huh? Who told you that? Stock boost on the evo9 is around 19psi, and most people run around 22psi. You can also reflash the stock ecu with a 50$ usb cable and open source software and have a fully tunable ecu that can run any size injector you want. Add alcohol injection and you can retune the car to make 400whp on the stock turbo. The car also stops on a dime with those massive brembo brakes, and the handling is incredible. Seriously, any car can be made to be great, but out of the box, the evo is an all round better car. he was refering to Evo 4 and 5 so the comparison was somewhat fair. Evo IX has how many year of technology on top of the ST205 ? not a fiar comparison. -------------------- ![]() |
