 Choosing Best Gear for Dyno Pull, Nissan 370Z |

I'm going to dyno my car this weekend and I was wondering what gear is best to use for the 3 pulls. I read somewhere that the best one to use is the one closest to 1:1 ratio. In my case, this appears to be 5th gear (see below). This was the only information I was able to find so I wanted to get confirmation from one of you guys here. I just want to make sure I get my money's worth and don't waste a pull on a gear that won't put out as much power. I could be skeptical because 5th gear seems kinda high when other cars I've seen are usually 3th or 4th gear pulls. Then again, those only had 4 or 5-speeds. This one has 7. Yes, my car is automatic... lol.
1st: 4.924 2nd: 3.194 3rd: 2.043 4th: 1.412 5th: 1.000 6th: 0.862 7th: 0.771 Reverse: 3.972 Final drive ratio: 3.357 --------------------  |
