Can anyone give me a pic of a 'face lift' and/or grill upgrade for my car that is simple to do??

Facelift cars (96-99) also have a 3-post spoiler, the 94-95 had a two-post. I personally like the facelift front bumper with the 2-post (pre-facelift) spoiler.
I totally agree with the OP. It took me several weeks to figure out the difference between pre/post facelift, there's no sticky or definite thread on it. Despite how obvious it is once you know it, it's a hassle to find threads on it. Edit: Pre-facelift (94-95):  Post-Facelift (96-99):
