What exactly does this do?? Why would some one have a "Lightened Flywheel"??

that cross is as old as i am. its a family tradition, when a child is born, a cross like mine is bought by the grandparents to go into their car. it was in our safe until i got my car. and i havent touched it since i first put it in. -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
