So I decided to get brighter lights for my backup lights today because they looked more yellow than anything.. So I bought some superwhite lights.
I put one in to compare, and it looked good. So then I put them in both. I threw it into reverse, and the lights didn't work. I turned my car on, and the tach, speedometer, and temperature gauge don't work, either. I called my friend and he said it sounds like a popped fuse... But I took them out and checked them and they look fine. I also put the normal bulbs back in to see if that did anything, same problem. Turn signals, front lights, break lights, all that stuff works fine. Any help? ![]() -------------------- 1996 Toyota Celica GT (GT4 conversion) - SOLD :(

Well you did pop a fuse. I'll have to look and see what the specific name is, but I had this problem when I put my Omori's in my WRX. Assuming the same sort of thing applies, since wiring is wiring and fuses are fuses.
