About a couple months ago i had a guy kick my passenger back quarter panel and i was trying to fix it myself. Anyone have some good suggestions on what to use like pop a dent or something here are pics. http://i636.photobucket.com/albums/uu81/zf...07/SSPX0129.jpg and http://i636.photobucket.com/albums/uu81/zf...07/SSPX0128.jpg

80 grit denotes the roughness of the sandpaper. Use that to sand through the paint and DOWN to the metal under it. Buy body filler, something like bondo, to fill the dent. Shape the body filler to the body, sand down, repeat and repeat and repeat until smooth. And then paint it, or have it painted.
