OK, so first off I'm swapping in a 3rd revision 3S-GTE into my 94 GT. I'm also swapping the E-153 LSD transmission, and the hybrid "frankenstein" axle for the front, consisting of the inner portion from the 93-95 MR2Turbo, and the outers from an st185. The rear axles are staying the same.

My issue is, i want to put larger breaks on there. Will the st204 rotors and calipers i already have (or rather if i get larger st204 rotors and calipers) work if I'm using the st185 outer axles?

right, but i'm worried the part (i'm not exactly an expert on the axles yet) that bridges the axle to the rotor will accept that axle.. if it will i should be able to use the st204 rotors, and therefore the st204 calipers....

i've heard something about there being a 1mm difference in the rotors and/or calipers (still not clear on this), and i'm concerned that might be due to that piece being different (and needing to be), which could mean a difference in how far the rotor sticks out (meaning i'd have to change the calipers)....

and changing the calipers would mean changing the entire breaking system (from my understanding which is probably wrong)....

sorry, i'm still new to the technical side on cars... 3 weeks ago i didn't know the difference between a turbo and a supercharger, or what naturally aspirated meant, now i've got the entire swap and almost all the upgrades (besides this little break system issue) mapped out and have a pretty good understanding of what each part is, does, and how it works...
