LED Turn Signals with another question Options

Ok, I think I might be daring enough to try it. I know there is something I could use to allow the LEDs to signal normally, instead of the rapid flash. Which I was going to ask what I need and how to install it (and even where). But I also wanted to know if once I do this, would it affect the rear turn signals since the bulbs run at with more watts?

I would assume they would be an easy find at an auto parts store, maybe more of a tuner shop. Can't say I've seen them here but out auto parts stores are much different then yours
