Anyone know what this is? It was in my car when I bought it. It's screwed down. I think it is a heater, but I can't get it to turn on. It is wired into my car, I don't know how though, I don't much much about that stuff. It's on the passenger side right under the glove box.

Look for a plug on the outside of the car. Maybe it's meant to be plugged in at night to keep the car warm. Kinda like a block heater but for the inside.
