Off to the body shop she goes...
![]() And um... my fricken Blitz EBC was defective... it powers up... lights up... but all that appears on the screen are lines that you would see on an Etch-A-Sketch... I'm hoping Blitz won't give me any problems with replacing it... The Power-iD works... just not the SBC-iD... ![]() Anyway, here are a couple shots I took today of the engine bay... |

I would like to activate the ALS, but I don't have enough information on how it operates. At the moment, the BPV is connected to the system, but passage is blocked. I don't think that drilling holes will fully activate the ALS. I believe there are some ECU programming considerations to compensate for the fueling. But before I consider activating the ALS, I would like to first learn more about the WI system, as well as the IC sprayers. I know that there's a pin on the ECU that needs to be connected, but what I'm wondering is how does it operate. I don't know if it works by means of a certain boost level, RPM level, or by the push of a button. I need to research this some more before I even consider activating the ALS. They motor swap just got completed and I would like to enjoy it a little first before I attempt to blow up the turbo. ![]() |
