Help smoggg in cali, pro's please help Options

I tried to smog my 2.2 gt and I failed. Here are the numbers if anyone can tell me what they think. The guy says that he thinks it is my O2 censor(1st one).
Anyway he is test only so it is up to me to get her done.

I was also wondering if anyone has experience with which o2 sensors are the best. The guy says get toyota only. Mabey one of these?

Mabey one good one and one cheap one. Usually if I don't pass smog I get a new cat converter but he thinks the cat is ok.
I gave it a complete tune up (wires cap ect.) about a year ago but nothing lately.

my head was bad for 2yrs. i was overheating a lot and definitely coolant is getting burned. luckily i still managed to pass smog even if it was overheating and waited 6 months before it got fixed
