soo i just bought a 96 celica with out a motor. i kinda want the 7afe motor and just turbo that. i found the motorr for 400 bucks 80000 miles on it. 4afe turbo manifold will work? t25 turbo gunna work fine with with the 7afe and mainfold? heeellppppp

4a-ge are the 20v 4cyl engines. They have individual throttle bodies and have 4 extra valves. There heads are better than our 7a-fe head flow wise BUT there blocks are NOT boost capatible. There internals are equipped to handle boost. But the 7afe block are stronger than the 4age.
4afe on the other hand is a 1.6 liter engine that came carollas i think? base horsepower is like 105. its pretty ****ty even compared to our 7a-fe which is 1.8l. |
