So I'm thinking of getting some engine parts i previously had powder coated in a glossy finish stripped and either going with
- Satin paint - Satin powder coating - Black Anodizing Parts in question Hardline Tubes Valve Cover Oil Sub Plate? Various Brakets What is everyone using? And are you having success with regards to durability? This post has been edited by qatar11: Oct 26, 2009 - 8:03 PM -------------------- -Mike

it depends what parts you are talking about... paint works fine, powder coating holds up a little better and doesn't loose its shine quite as easy, anodizing is overkill... if you're going just black, painting will work just fine...
