So I'm thinking of getting some engine parts i previously had powder coated in a glossy finish stripped and either going with

to powder coat the block you'd need to totally tear the engine down to a bare block, get it hot tanked and the outside bead blasted, then masked, powdered/baked. you have to take the engine out of the car and totally apart.
