I am having a bit of a problem guys and just wanted some feedback on what you think the problem might be.
My car was in the shop for an alignment and balancing a month ago and I noticed the the drivers side front brake pad is wearing a lot faster than all the other pads. How much faster? It has about half the meat left on is as the other pads. I already bought new Hawk Ceramic pads however after I found this problem I'm not ganna waste another set of pads. Any ideas on what it might be? Bad brake like? 3 bad brake lines and 1 good? Any ideas... throw them at me. Thanks. |

The rotors are fine I just swapped them out a year ago and like I said was going to change the pads a month ago before I relalized the problem.
Thank you again guys for helping to isolate the problem. It's now on my to do list along with my alternator, timing belt/water pump. Should be done next Tuesday. Then I can let you all know how the Hawk Ceramic pads are ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by cardshark525: Oct 28, 2009 - 9:59 AM |
