What exactly does this do?? Why would some one have a "Lightened Flywheel"??

underdrive pulleys are the smaller and light ones right? from my understanding, and overdrive pulley is bigger that the stock, therefore turning the accessories more, the opposite effect of an underdrive pully. i have only seen one overdrive pulley and it was on a SC'ed crobra mustang. turned all the accessories and the SC 22% more. edit also, how can you have both at the same time. do any manufacturers even make an OVERdrive pulley for the 6gc?
