Anyone know of a good "how to" on removing a damaged front bumper/absorber/crashbar/and fenders and replceing it with other stock parts? Trying to see if it is worth doing it on my own (i would consider myself "handy") or paying the $500 the body shop wants for the job.

do it yourself for sure, there are tons of helful threadson here, and if i can do it anyone can, trust me lol.
