for L's you need a full license passenger (held license for over 2 years) next to you always, can carry passengers.
For restricted, you can drive by yourself between 6am-10pm (but if carrying passengers need that full license passenger) and no log books etc recording the type of driving you do (I think you aussies have to do that dont you?) but there are some circumstances like work permits and family members this is all I can think of at the moment. -------------------- |
