i have a 94 celica, i took those seats out and put the limited ed. seats in and swapped out the seat belts too. now my prob is the pass side seatbelt wont pull out. like it catches. any ideas?

you didn't put the unit in properly. it has to be at the perfect angle or it will lock up. it has a very small tolerance it does this so when you flip the car, it keeps you from falling out
