2004 is just the beginning (I assume of the club), raise the flag of celica with city's hum/noise, It disappears after 6 seconds of accelerating and everyone will know who is the king of city district, city that we converge in (assumingly for the meet) and from there we will go to Balcans (or Palkan (one is a place another is like a god father.. not sure which gotta keep listening)) without silly delays (conversations) and we will decide who from dawn to dusk will prove himself or be an outcast (implies that person cant walk the walk like he talks the talk).
