Agreed, Yarik. If you have a car with over a certain horespower rating, you should have a special license.

I don't think he hydrolocked the motor. The article said the car ran for about 15 minutes, and I didn't read whether or not she shut it off or it died. It looks like the intake was above the water level though.

Imagine that insurance claim... "Yeah, um, hi... I just drove my Veyron off the road and into some water, so... if I could get a check for that, that'd be great..."
