Removing all the good stuff to take off less rotating mass, would that even be worth loosing A/C in like 100 degree heat?

It depends on how well you like being able to steer the car easily and how you like the heat. Personally, I really want A/C and power steering.
Last summer, did you like driving in 100 degree weather without the A/C on? Also, you can put your car in neutral, turn off your car while driving , then turn it to on to prevent your steering from locking up, and that's what it should be like driving without power steering. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
