ok, i bought some ssiii risers and was curious as to what can be used to clean them, they have some gunk on the outside of them and it will not come off with normal car wash soloution, any suggestiones?

ok this is what i started with, sorry it took so long to get pics of them up but here they are
dirty when i got them,  when i started on them with the primer and sanding all that junk,  then this is basically the finished product,  i do like the primer flat black look, but still juggleing between flat and gloss, but i know that just leaving primer on them is not an option, so hopefully i can have them painted on wednesday and installed friday, so what ya think? -------------------- 1996 Toyota Celica Project Mean Green
