I absolutely love the body and style of the celica, but i really hate most bodykits besides the gt4, the only thing i would do to my car is put the rear splitters on and find a really small front lip from a different car. i just think the celica has a really bubbly and round body style which is great but most the kits are too sharp and edgy. again just a personal opinion, i dont want to offend anybody with a body kit

Yes I agree. Most of the time, body kits will make a perfectly good Celica look like a ricer even if thrs not it's intention. It's too much on a car with a relatively simple curved body style
now, I do think you can us aftermarket parts and have it look classy. I've seen Celicas here that would fit that bill. Howe er, outside of a highschool or college crowd, a pumped out Celica is just going to get eyes rolling. I think the oem side skirts and lips look great though becasue it really seems it's supposed to go with the car. I like to find a happy medium. I don't mind using after market parts as long as it's done with taste and class. That, and that alone, is when you'll get EVERYONE'S head to turn and smile. -------------------- ![]() |
