Used or new, doesn't really matter to me.
I'll also buy shocks if you have them, too. Just shoot me a pm with what you have and what you want for them. They don't have to be but honestly when is the next time that you would want to remove the struts and springs then transfer them to new struts? If you don't do it yourself it will also cost alot of money.
