I have the 94-95 spoiler and I was wondering if I could fit the GT4 spoiler onto it.

Does this mean I'd have to buy the WHOLE GT4 spoiler and not just the raiser blocks?

Yes you need a 2post + raiser blocks. Holes wise, the middle hole will be of no use (duh). There will be 2 holes either side that only one can be used. Another 1 hole needs to be drilled to put the other hole. Or you can use the 1 hole on each side to hold down the spoiler
