My wife and me are planing a week-end to Manhattan in the 2nd week-end of january, and we would like to have suggestions about restaurants, hotels, pubs, things to see and spots to avoid.
Right now we think about sleeping in an hotel in New Jersey and visit and shopping in Manhattan, see ground zero, Empire state building, Broadway, Time Square, etc.. wich are pretty cliché but is there any things less known but still must see? Thanx for your suggestions -------------------- |

When me and my significant other go to the city we like to walk across the "Brooklyn bridge" take walks in Battery Park city after the sun goes down. As mentioned above go to "Pacha NYC" when there is a good DJ spinning. Central Park is also an option. Go to "Little Italy" for food and go to China town for some cool fireworks hehe, J/K. There are tons pf clubs and places to go. Or you can just walk around. Seeing though it's probably gonna be freezing cause of the time you plan on going. You might want to go somewhere indoors. I wouldn't go to the Ellis Island only cause it's freaking cold at that time. You can go to Rockefeller Center to see the xmas tree. Times square since now they have the pedestrian walking rules there now.
