The car is making a grinding noise and it feels like the handbrake is half on.
When it's parked up a slope and the handbrake is released there's a 'clonk' when setting off and it grinds whilst driving. The normal brakes seem to be working as they should. Is it just a case of replacing the brake shoes? -------------------- ![]() |

Well, fitted the new shoes today to find out that the discs didn't fit back on.
Corrosion build up inside the discs so needed cleaning up. Everything seem ok now so she can have it back tomorrow. Thanks for your help people. -------------------- ![]() |
