Ok it wasn't bothering me before but now it is since w ter time is coming and I'm going to be needing fluid sprayed onto my windshield. So the problem is the rear mont sprays water, but for some reason the front isn't. Are they using seperate pumps? And if they are, does anyone happen to know how I can get to the front mount washer fluid pump to replace it?

I am going to put this out there because it happend to me. Normaly you would pull the wiper control arm towards you to activate the washer right? or so I thought. The rear one would spray when you turned the switch, but when I pulled the arm towards me the wiperblades would go put nothing out of the spayers. Could even here the pump turn on. So I orderd a new one from the dealer, and in the meen time I swiched the hoses on the pump. Now my fronts worked on my rear did not, which was fine. Then one day when cleaning my car I noticed a little button on the end of the wiper control and pushed it and my rear sprayer started to work. I felt like such a dumb ass for not seeing this before

I felt like such a dumb ass for not seeing this before The stick has the icon for the spray on the button. Never seen a 6-gen Celica without it there. The pull is for the mist. My dad's Subaru is the same way. Common wiper layout, actually. Also, quick question to those who know. Since the motor is reversible, is it safe to say that if the front washer is working than the rears should also be working, purely from considering the life of the motor? Or is it possible that the pump may not run reversed for the rear but will run for the front?
