Ok it wasn't bothering me before but now it is since w ter time is coming and I'm going to be needing fluid sprayed onto my windshield. So the problem is the rear mont sprays water, but for some reason the front isn't. Are they using seperate pumps? And if they are, does anyone happen to know how I can get to the front mount washer fluid pump to replace it?

It can run in one direction and not the other. The pump is a three wire setup for the motor and occasionaly one of the leads inside the motor housing will corode through. This happens most often when water is getting around the splash guard or the car is in a high salt air enviroment. The leads are a woven copper and can't be replaced. So if you have power from both leads in the connection socket it's the lead inside the housing.
