You can clean the rotors by driving your car. When you hit the brake pedal your brake pads will clear away the rust like sandpaper.

You can clean the rotors by driving your car. When you hit the brake pedal your brake pads will clear away the rust like sandpaper. i mean when you look at them physically, for appearance. also can i paint them red or how do i do that?
