for all the people who own the less ballzy st version of the celica, i would like to point out its overwhelming reliability. today at 5 in the morning i arrived back at my house in nh after a straight 15 hour drive 935 miles, which i had just accomplished on the trip down there only a week ago... my car now has 190,000 miles and still burn almost no oil. i used 28 gallons of gas of 85 oct. thats about 33.3 mpg. only mod is a accord cai. as my friend put it "reliably of a honda, style of a lexus" i love my little car.

I may have the win here
 Drove from vermont to daytona beach twice which is 1300+ miles one way (over 2800 miles round trip with site seeing) then one trip from vermont to miami beach which was over 1600 miles one way plus daily cruising and site seeing... 180K + and shes still kicking! btw on my trip back from miami i filled the tank and drove her non stop till the gas light came on and i hit 500 miles to the tank.... proof is below I averaged 39.4 mpg... it was awesome and I ran at 75mph until the last mile when i took the photo bc i wanted to make the gas station at the next exit. --------------------  Darin H. |
