anything in particular to do to release the pressure, is the stuff recyclable ? or just like that? it really bad for the atmosphere and if you get it on your skin it can cause frost bite. But beside that i would not openly inhale it or release the r134a in a closed room for safetly precautions. There is no real for the average consumer to evac the system. The only way i found recycle the r134 is to take it to a shop with a special machine. They then sell you your r134 back to you at retail price, so its kind of a scam. If you plan on removing the hoses, you will need a pump to put a vaccum on the system before refilling so its quite a indept job, that and you need to refill the ac compressor back with the right amount of oil. |
