 Budget, What to get |

I got about a 1000 dollar budget right now and im tryign t figure out what to get.
1. Headers, exhaust 2. body kit but not sure if i will be able to pay for it to be installed and painted($1700) 3. Well for 700 from what you have listed I would go for the rims, anything else will just lead to more money to spend for installation and what not. Personally I would shoot for something that increases performance but thats just expensive.
