Is it bad to "bounce off" the rev limiter every once and awhile? Could it do any serious damage?
Also, where can I get a decent aftermarket rev limiter that I can manually set? Thanks -------------------- 1996 Toyota Celica GT (GT4 conversion) - SOLD :(

What do you mean by "Bounce Off" the rev limiter? Do you mean like where it should cut off, you go past it? Because, even though it is a rev limiter, it isn't going to stop you right dead at that rpm, it is going to jump past it and then come back and be held around there. I hope that is what you mean, if not then I just looked like a huge idiot. Anyways if that is it, I can't imagine it being more worse on your car than red lining every gear as often as possible. It is still a car that is prone to wear.
